When will I have my Adê de Canela after I purchase it?

We have different modalities of stock vs. made to measure Headdresses and Accessories:

Stocked Items: These are some models that are already made and which we have stocked, they will be sent upon a maximum of 5 working days from the placement of its order. 

Pre-Order: These are products that are made upon their order placement. Their making takes 2 to 4 weeks and they will be sent as soon as they are completed.

Personalised: This is a personalisation category under the custom made one, in which our existing designs will be personalised to each clients’ specifications of colour, size or material. The personalisation requests will be evaluated based on each requirement in terms of feasibility. Browse our exhibitions for inspiration.

Custom Made: The custom Made Adês de Canela are fully Made to measure pieces to crown your very own celebrations. Some occasions call for unique creations. The timings for this process will be defined as we speak about your vision and have a clearer idea of what Adê our co-creation will generate. On average, the process takes 2 to 5 weeks. We always work with a shared timeline.

How can I order a custom Adê?

Send us a message via WhatsApp or email. We’ll start with a conversation to understand you and the moment or ritual you want to honour. We’ll guide you step by step through the process.

How long do the custom-made pieces take to be sent?

It depends on the level of personalisation and availability of materials. On average, the process takes 2 to 5 weeks. We always work with a shared timeline.

Do you use natural materials?

Whenever possible, yes. We work with preserved flowers, noble fabrics, and recycled or low-impact elements. If a design calls for alternative materials, we’ll always share the reasoning with transparency.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Europe. We’ll inform you of estimated times and costs depending on the destination.

What if the piece doesn’t fit me?

Drop pieces can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Customised pieces, however, cannot be returned, as they are unique, made-to-measure creations manifested especially for you. But we will do everything possible to ensure each Adê is exactly as you dream.

Can I request for an urgent Custom-Made Piece?

If you have urgency in your One-of-a-kind order, please contact us at hello@adedecanela.com  and we will be happy to hear about your urgency and try to accommodate your needs as best as we can.

What do I do if something is wrong with the order I received?

If you receive your order and a piece arrives damaged or something seems off with it please e-mail us at hello@adedecanela.com and we will sort this issue for you.
